The tale of How was directed by Blackheart Gang, the reason why I choose this animation was because of how simply strange it is, with its strange chorus and songs playing throughout the film. The colors, texture, shapes, movement, and proportions are all jut strange but some how attracting to me as a viewer. The video doesn't connect to my life in any way what so ever, but I choose it because it interested me in away that had me going, what?

Take on me was created by Norwegian synthpop band A-ha, and was done using rotoscope. Take on me is one of my favorite songs and is a great song. The line work and the movements attracted me to this video. The whole thing is a music video with an amazing song is what attracted me. The video connected to me by my childhood, when I was little I had listened to the song and as I was discovering the internet for the first time it had been one of the first music video I had watched.

Balance was created by twin brothers Wolfgang and Christoph Lauenstein, making it in claymation. The reason why I choose the short film balance was because of its strange nature. I choose this video simple because it was interesting with its story and the idea of men on a platform and in order to move around they have to move themself's to balance the platform the are standing to keep themselves from falling off.

The maker was directed and written by Christopher Kezelos using stop motion. the style of the video and the story, not to mention the design of the the animation is enough o steer me to it. the music of he film correspounds with the events of the films story making me stand on edge. This film was chosen by me because of the interesting ides behind it, and how my obsession of creating life had pulled me to choose this short film.

The Lost Thing was directed by Shaun Tan was the writer and Andrew Ruhemann was the director. This animation had attracted me by the unique art style, with color and deign for the actual lost thing and how it looked like a story book. This short film had attracted me by the style of being of a child's book.

Backwater Gospel was created by Bo Mathome and is CG computerized. The video had attracted me by its interesting title and thumbnail. Backwater Gospel has a strong religious them to it, though not about religion it uses it for it's purpose and during a time in my life where I a trying to figure out the world around me it got my attention.
